Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

Before production
Before a custom book is sent to production, you may be able to cancel or edit the order. Contact us as quickly as possible at [email protected].
After production starts
Once a custom book has been approved and sent to production, it may not be possible to cancel, edit, or refund the order. This is because each book is custom-made based on your approved preview. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved preview, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include:
- order number;
- photos of the issue;
- photos of the packaging;
- delivery details;
- a short description of the problem.
Where appropriate, we may offer a reprint, replacement, credit, or refund.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates only. Production and shipping may be affected by holidays, customs, postal delays, courier issues, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
Taxes and customs
Depending on your location, you may be responsible for taxes, customs duties, import fees, or local charges. These charges are not always included in the checkout price unless clearly stated.
