1. About Enchanta
Enchanta is a digital service that helps people turn personal photos, memories, captions, and stories into beautifully designed printed books and related keepsakes.
The service may include photo import, memory organization, AI-assisted editing and layout, digital previews, print preparation, ordering, payment, and fulfillment through third-party printing and shipping partners.
Enchanta is a brand operated by NORD Innovation Ltd.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By visiting our website, joining the waitlist, creating an account, uploading content, connecting a third-party photo account, placing an order, or otherwise using Enchanta, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to use Enchanta or place an order. You may not use Enchanta on behalf of another person unless you have the legal right and permission to do so.
4. Your account
When accounts become available, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when needed, especially for orders, delivery addresses, and payment-related information.
5. Your photos, memories, and content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, text, captions, names, dates, stories, and other materials you upload, select, import, or provide to Enchanta.
To provide the service, you give Enchanta permission to host, copy, process, analyze, edit, format, arrange, generate previews from, print, and share your content with our service providers only as needed to operate Enchanta, create your book, fulfill your order, provide support, improve reliability and safety, and comply with law.
This permission is worldwide, non-exclusive, limited to operating and improving Enchanta, and ends when your content is deleted, except where we must retain limited copies for legal, accounting, security, backup, dispute, or order-support purposes.
6. Your responsibility for uploaded content
You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to upload, use, edit, print, and share the content you provide to Enchanta. This includes photos or information involving family members, friends, children, or other people.
You agree not to upload or use content that:
- violates someone else’s privacy, copyright, publicity, or other rights;
- is illegal, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or harmful;
- includes sexual content involving minors;
- is intended to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person;
- contains malware, spyware, or other harmful code;
- is otherwise unsuitable for processing, printing, or shipment.
We may remove content, refuse an order, suspend access, or terminate an account if we believe these Terms are being violated.
7. AI-assisted features
Enchanta may use automated and AI-assisted tools to help organize memories, suggest layouts, improve image presentation, generate draft text, summarize user-provided information, or prepare book previews.
AI-assisted outputs may be imperfect. They may contain errors, omissions, incorrect dates, incorrect captions, awkward wording, layout issues, or other mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final preview before placing a print order.
Once a custom book has been approved for production, the final printed result will be based on the approved preview, subject to normal variations in printing, paper, color, trimming, and binding.
8. No ownership transfer to Enchanta
We do not claim ownership of your personal photos or memories.
Enchanta’s own technology, software, design system, templates, layouts, brand, website, copy, workflows, and generated design infrastructure remain owned by NORD Innovation Ltd. or its licensors. You may use the final book and final exported materials for personal, non-commercial use unless we separately agree otherwise.
9. Third-party services
Enchanta may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including cloud hosting providers, photo import providers, authentication providers, AI service providers, payment processors, print partners, shipping providers, analytics tools, and email providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, but we select service providers carefully and use them only as needed for the operation of Enchanta.
10. Google Photos and other photo import services
If you connect Google Photos or another photo source, Enchanta will request access only to the information needed to provide the service. For Google Photos, Enchanta uses selected photo access to help you choose, arrange, edit, preview, and print your book.
We do not use Google Photos data for advertising, to sell your data, to build a general-purpose photo gallery, or to train AI models unless you separately and explicitly agree. You can disconnect third-party access through your account settings, where available, and through the relevant third-party account settings. 11. Orders, payment, printing, and shipping
When paid ordering becomes available, prices, taxes, shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and available products will be shown before checkout.
Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Enchanta does not store full payment card details unless clearly stated.
Printed books are custom-made products. You are responsible for checking your photos, text, spelling, layout, delivery address, and final preview before approving production.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by production delays, customs, postal delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control. You may be responsible for taxes, customs duties, import fees, or local charges depending on your location.
12. Cancellations, refunds, and reprints
Before a book is sent to production, you may be able to cancel or edit the order through the product flow or by contacting us.
After a custom book is approved and sent to production, it may not be possible to cancel, change, or refund the order, except where required by law or where the product arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the approved preview, or not delivered due to an issue within our control.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, the packaging, and your order details. Where appropriate, we may offer a reprint, replacement, credit, or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
13. Waitlist and launch communications
If you join the waitlist, we may use your email address to send product updates, launch announcements, early access invitations, and related Enchanta communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Enchanta, including by attempting to access systems without permission, scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with security, uploading harmful content, infringing rights, or using Enchanta for unlawful purposes.
15. Service changes and availability
Enchanta is evolving and may be changed, paused, limited, or discontinued at any time. We may add, remove, or modify features, products, integrations, pricing, or availability. During early access, beta, or coming-soon periods, features may be incomplete, experimental, or unavailable.
16. Disclaimer
Enchanta is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs will be accurate, complete, or emotionally appropriate. You must review all final content before ordering.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORD Innovation Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of memories, data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service or an order will not exceed the amount you paid to Enchanta for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
18. Indemnity
If your content, use of Enchanta, or violation of these Terms causes a claim against us, you agree to indemnify and hold NORD Innovation Ltd. harmless to the extent permitted by law.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Enchanta or others, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using Enchanta at any time and may request deletion of your account or personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. The courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by email or in-product notice. The “Last updated” date shows when the Terms were last changed.
